False advertising

First of all the rooms look like they were thrown together extension cords hanging from the tv the tv mind had static on every channel couldn’t even watch tv tried to hook up my game system but the tv was glued to the wall so you couldn’t do that it’s says it has air conditioning on here but it doesn’t when I asked the man at the front desk he said they did but it was out of season mind yu they never had air conditioning so they’re false advertising then ok maybe the heat is amazing since it’s in season nope I was freezing had to run the shower on hot for the steam to heat up the room wouldn’t ever stay here again but I guess you get what you pay for

No smoking room, had burn holes on the blankets,and room was dirty, there was no AC and I was given a Fan . The room was very deceptive. The pictures online were not what the room look like totally different look and also there was drug addicts, walking everywhere in and out of the hotel very unsafe..
