Darlisha was amazing during check-in. Friendly and patient as I had school children who were very excited. Richard in the bar and grill was a saint and damn good at his job. He handked that full bar like a champ. The grill cook is amqzing at his craft. Food was tasty,served hot. I didn't get my housekeeping petdon name but she cleaned our room 316 on Friday and Saturday so well I had to tip her as I know how hard her job is(did housekeeping back in the 1980's). About the property. It is clean and will maintained. But is showing its age. The ice machine on 3rd floor had what looked like mold around where the ice bucket goes but was probably just dirty. I suggest wiping it down with an antibacterial cleaner. Our room was the perfect size,the updated bathroom was lovely and plenty of hot water for y showers. Now my cons. For the care of peoples bodies upgrade the mattresses on the bed and definitely that sofa bed. Mattress was so thin you could feel every bar in the frame and it sloped downwards toward sofa cushion. Same issue with both beds. The lamps are outdated as modern ones have at least two plugs and 2 usb ports. I would suggest taking that $12.40 daily parking fee and upgrading these things. While I loved the evening reception the snack(potato chips)wasn't what I expected of Embassy Suites. My stay at your sister properties had handy cracker,chips,cheese platter and at least one hot item such as cheese sauce and salsa with tortilla chips station on serving table.

Street noise and parking lot noise is loud in bedroom. Sounded like window was open but it wasn’t - maybe an open vent or something but I couldn’t find it. Noisey kids running down the halls to the elevators during the day

A Weekend Getaway
My stay was very good. The hotel is located near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. I appreciated the daily hot breakfast with made-to-order omelets and the evening reception for guests. My only complaint is the limited cable selection; I hoped to have access to Netflix or Prime, but that was not doable.
