The room was very comfortable; the layout was nice. elevators were very fast. The breakfast was very good with the amount and selection of food. Happy hour was very nice with the drinks, but the food choice was rather poor. The bathroom needs to be updated as there was no fan, the tub looked old, the mirror's edges were worn. There was too much noise filtering from the abutting room, as well as through the vents.

First time in chicago and decided to stay at the embassy suites MAG MILE the staff were accomodating to all of our requests and questions we had. Free breakfast was great and the nightly reservation was a nice plus. My only complaint about this property it looks a little outdated and certain things need tlc otherwise great hotel would recommend and stay here again .
