Unbelievably noisy. Out of 100s of stays in Chicago and scores at this location, this stay was bar none, the very most unpleasant. The noise level of our room, 4th floor, was off the charts. Things quiets down sometime after 3:45 a.m. Never. Again.

This hotel was in a great location - close to the train and walkable to many attractions (Navy Pier, Art Institute). The facility was nice; our room could have been a little cleaner (there was hair left in the bathroom) but overall a good option.

Convenient location for dining and shopping. Staff are overwhelmed. Check in/out lines are very long. Front desk too busy to answer the phone. Although they appear short staffed, all staff are polite and kind. We would staff here again for the value.

Great choice downtown
Great location and great breakfast! Loved having a suite with a city view. We enjoyed thecsmall pool too. Didnt get to go to the free happy hour, but that would have been the ice cream on the cake!

We loved our stay here and the breakfast buffet was incredible lots of variety. Walking distance to all major restaurants and spectacular city views. We loved all the food and people are super friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in a great location and at a reasonable price. There are a large amount of rooms at the hotel, and the amenities are very small, so the pool gets very busy and crowded (and is also quite dated). The breakfast in the morning is also very crowded and it can take a while to get a seat.

Perfect location. Parking was a slight pain. Originally they gave us the wrong room for my parents. They gave them a double bed instead of a king however they quickly fix the situation without any trouble.

Fantastic location! Great restaurant options nearby, we walked everywhere for the most part. A block away from the subway to get to Wrigley Field. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Clean spacious rooms, bed was comfortable. Full breakfast each morning - decent selection with made to order omelettes. We enjoyed the evening happy hour with complimentary drinks (2 per person) and snacks. The pool was a hit with the kids. I would definitely stay at this Embassy Suites location again.
