They didn’t clean our room at all we stayed twice there. They locked us out of our room with no technician nor manager to help us. They were rude to us for absolutely no reason besides asking for them to fix our room. We asked for another room they declined our request. After that we wanted to get some of our money back because we couldn’t sleep there for any longer and left. Instead of refunding a day from the trip they offered Hilton Honors points knowing that we booked through a 3rd party. They also used the excuse that they can’t refund to a third party which is completely false. We asked the lady to clean our room when she gets a chance when she was on duty cleaning she told us ok but never came to the room.

The staff was wonderful with the exception of Ruth the overnight clerk. She was unnecessarily rude with 0 customer service and was unfortunately the first staff member I came across which was not impressive. Also on my second day of our stay we were locked out of our room for over an hr while the crew worked on our door with no communication of problem, status or progress. Guest services called security that took 20mins to come up and 20 mins everytime they needed a new tool trying to figure out what was wrong. I had guest wet from getting out of the pool just sitting in the hall tired, cold and hungry as we were there to have a birthday celebration that resided in our unknown reason why locked room.

The hotel is close to all the iconic places in Chicago. The room was very clean, and they came to clean it daily. The staff is excellent, with some exceptions. Keep in mind that if you are bringing an oversized vehicle, you cannot park it at the hotel. There are private parking lots that accept this type of vehicle, but they are usually very expensive.

Property was great. Decent parking near by for cheap. Great food options. Staff was friendly only complaint is they never answered the phone and I had to change my key card 5 times before they got one that worked. They gave us a room with a faulty lock lol.
