While the bed and location were excellent and I rated at a 5 star. However, there was virtually no place to unpack clothes, the shower had mold in the grout and shower base. This was not a reflection on housekeeping but on maintenance which I rated low.

Everything was great, though parking was a challenge because of hosting a Major event where they occupied most of the spaces. A suggestion for the future to have information available about parking alternatives.

When we checked in, the lobby smelled like vomit. Our room was not properly cleaned and restocked, there was no body wash in the shower and the shower didn’t drain, it filled up quickly which leads to believe the shower hasn’t been cleaned in a while or the problem would’ve been noticed. Breakfast the next morning was stale. We have stayed at Embassy Suites in two different states and this was the poorest experience.

Beautiful space
I decorated the room for my husband’s 40th birthday weekend getaway. The room was spacious and amazing. I enjoyed the pure room and the hypoallergenic materials. I loved the shower and the Zero% hygiene products. Definitely will be coming back again.
