Friendly staff, included breakfast spread, complimentary drinks (2) and snacks each night were all great. What was not-so-great were the malfunctioned J-1772 chargers for electric vehicles (although perfectly located near the main entrance), somewhat out-of-date room features, and freezing pool temperature in the morning.

They host special events and so they took up all the parking lot until midnight. there was a dog in a room close by and the owners left him for two nights and barked all night long till after midnight.

The facilities are clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast is probably one of the best I’ve experienced at an Inn. It is well organized and managed by staff, and there a plenty of food options which is great if you’re traveling with a picky eater.

This was a great hotel. WE loved everything about it, including the breakfasts and the restaurant IN the hotel. Happy hour was so much fun. WE would 100% stay there again and again. Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean.

The environmental services staff didn’t fully know how to service the room. We were left with no toilet paper or Kleenex. They never restocked the coffee pods and towels. We had to go down during our stay to receive the items. Additionally, at breakfast, the kitchen staff who cleared the tables picked up and threw away my carton of alternative milk Oat Milk when we were still sitting at the table with Coffee. Then they continued to talk about me and look me up and down and while I was still in the restaurant. There were no non-dairy alternatives for a person like me to eat, so the food was limited. Additionally we were kept up all night Saturday night by someone partying- we made phone calls at 11:17 and early a.m. and the partying and screaming continued until 3:30 AM. There was confetti and streamers in the hallway the next morning it’s really unfortunate this hotel doesn’t have a handle on the property.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
In the bathroom, there was mold all over the shower and stains on the wall behind the toilet. We informed management twice, and they took no action. It's a maintenance issue because the rooms need deep cleaning. But the fact that they were not willing to do it, or offer a room that was in better condition, was a sign of how little they care about their customers. We were with a large group of people, and many ended up changing hotels.
