Property needs improvement the staff is friendly but the rooms are not super clean, the pillows are horrible and the tvs are outdated not even smart tvs. The breakfast is fairly good as they have an omlet station.

The Embassy Suites is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the convention center, dining options, and shopping—making it convenient not to have to rely on a car. However, I rated the property and condition 3 stars because only one set of elevators was operational throughout the weekend. Given the numerous events in the area, it was frustrating to wait 10-15 minutes just to get on an elevator when leaving my floor. I understand that repairs and parts can take time, but this is not the first time I've experienced this issue at this property.

While I usually stay at some form of Hilton and enjoy the Embassy, this property had one working elevator until the day I left, the inside of my room looked as if a dog had eaten the bathroom door. The covers had stains. The 3 pillows on my bed were so old they felt like bricks. Everything about this property was just wrong. The day I arrived, there were dishes outside my door and dishes all over the place. I thought it weird to have them outside my room since we had just arrived, but apparently they were just placed everywhere...was housekeeping even paying attention? The gift shop (while the person working there was nice), was only open certain hours...not open 24/7. This place is not even close to 4 stars. I would not even give it 3 stars. The only restaurant in the building was super expensive. The location was decent for what we needed, but I would not stay there again.
