This will be the worst hotel I stayed in so far. Above all, the service is just terrible or almost non-existent. One has to carry all their stuff to the rooms themselves, the helpline numbers don't work, wifi is not free and not even water was provided in the rooms. In the name of service, you'll just find towels in the bathrooms.

It was an amazing experience just lovely hotel & staff an their breakfast was delicious they make you any kind of Omlet’s with an environment of great to start your day is like 3 blocks from the CTA train to the city highly recommend if anyone would want to stay near the airport.
