Breakfast bar was a little lacking. There was definitely garbage all over the floor in the room by the window. None of the middle lights worked. The shower bar was bent so the shower curtain didn’t close but sank to the middle of the bar getting water all over the floor

Not what I was expecting.
The staff was VERY friendly. The hotel was not what I was expecting. The first room had a stain on the sheets and smelled like weed. They changed our room immediately and offered many apologies. The 2nd room smelled much better. I didn’t like that every thing I needed such as extra towels worked on an exchange. Again not what I was expecting.

Noisy, bed was awful, mold growing on bathroom ceiling, outlets in bathroom didn’t work, no hair dryer, hairs in tub and stains on shower curtain, broken shower rod, AC/heater unit made awful screeching sound 24-7, elevator was down when we arrived. Booked for 2 nights but found a different hotel for night 2. Would NOT recommend for solo female travelers. No chairs for table in kitchenette suite. Have to request shampoo/conditioner and any kitchenette items you may need. Front desk staff was nice. Too bad the rest was awful.

Dingy, stained, and smelly
I’ve stayed at other hotels by extended stay that were in much better condition. This hotel was dingy and the carpets were horribly stained, bed was very hard, pillows were flat, and the room smelled of crayons. The morning consisted of being greeted with the neighborhood sex worker. Very sketchy, would not recommend.

Dirty bathroom and dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Dirt under furniture. 5 outlets were inoperable. Street level Windows open upon arrival. Entry door frame was bent and loss and deadbolt would not engage. Loose toilet seat unable to be tightened. Coffee maker supplied didn’t work. They said they were low on kitchen supplies no silverware. Staff was ordering pizza in cell phone while we were waiting to check in.

I will never stay at an Extended Stay again. I know there is a different level of quality to expect at the discounted price. But this place was awful. The first staff member we engaged with was polite, but the second was extremely rude and seemed like it was a nuisance to ask for a new room key because the one he gave me didn't work. The room was dirty, the entire place smelled awful and was clearly not maintained. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet in the hallway was disguising, with stains coming out of every room. Spend a bit more dough, and stay anywhere else.
