Had to wait to check in and out. Never received text that my room was ready. Luggage took over an hour to get to my room. No sheets, blankets or pillows in the closet. Picking up my car at the valet was a mess. I know it was New Years Eve/day but you need to be better staffed.

The hotel was nice overall but the bed was hard and the pillows were thin. No in room refrigerator as it was filled with mini bar items to purchase. The room was spacious and nice.

New Year's Eve Stay
I stayed to experience a Chicago-Downtown New Year's Eve. The hotel room was bustling due to everyone's decision to do the same thing. The hotel did its best to accommodate the large number of guests and get us checked in quickly. The room was clean and had a decent view of downtown Chicago. I would definitely stay here again.

The soundproof of the room is terrible. I can hear clearly what's happening of our next door. The front desk said that this is a general issue and cannot be fixed. I would never come back to the hotel again.

Beautiful Room
My partner and I stayed at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago for New Year's Eve in December 2024. We had such a wonderful time. We enjoyed our hotel stay with the awesome amenities included and how close the hotel was to other restaurants, shopping malls, and entertainment. We would like to stay there again soon.
