I had reserved and pre-paid for a King, but none were available which I found out after initially accessing my room to find two smaller beds, followed by communicating with the front desk personnel. A simple tracking system would be a good solution to that issue. We will not be repeat customers.

This room was lacking a refrigerator and also lacking a microwave. The carpet was very dirty so I kept my shoes on otherwise no problems at all little hidden thing they don’t tell you you have to pay $17 for parking.

Luckily we switched rooms
Quite disappointing. We got a room on the top of a party, and they knew it. Eventually after 10 pm we had to call the front desk. Nothing happened. Half an hour later I had to go to the front desk. The was no intention to stop the party or at least to make them to lower the music. I asked for another room and we got relocated. In the morning all the area in front of the party room in the parking lot was tapped out by the police. It was a crime scene. There was blood on the ground. I guess we were lucky switching the room.

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. It is stuck in the 80s and I should know, I was there. We laughed about how old the place looked. They could literally film a 80s movie there will no remodeling. We only spent the night and left before dawn so it was fine but if you are planning a longer stay, and want something even remotely modern, this ain’t it. It is conveniently located to a mall, O’Hare airport and the metro.
