Bad service, hated to stay at this hotel.
This was a terrible experience, they didn’t clean the room. The second night an alarm went on for nothing at 3:00 am the day before the Chicago Marathon and woke every one up. The shuttle to the airport was never on time and the drivers were rude and even racist with me and my family (we’re from Mexico). The hotel was cheap but totally not worthy.

Room looked old and worn down. In the first room I was put in, the TV remote and phone did not work. I switched to another room which was better, but thermostat did not work in that room. It was fine for one night, but will not stay here again. Hotel rooms need some updating and refurbishing.

Simple, convenient lodging near ORD! My friend and I visited Chicago the weekend of the marathon (for other purposes) and stayed close to ORD for cost and travel ease. The hotel shuttle and lodging costs were the primary draw. Our room was simple and generally clean (a few stray hairs in the bathroom) with some outdated, but useful amenities and fixtures in the rooms. We appreciated the free in-room single-serve coffee maker, the comfortable pillows and mattresses, and the ease of getting to/from the airport and blue line. Thank you to the front desk staff for keeping our luggage stored and tagged while we explored the city hours before our check-in time.
