I booked a room through expedia: 1 room, 1 person (nowhere mentioned the room will be shared). When arrived, they told me: you share the room with 3 other strangers! Also, expedia can not make any changes since you booked it in the last 24 hours. So my options are: stay with 3 other strangers, option 2: pay triple to get the entire room. Will you want to spill out some words if it was you?

The people complaining about this property are wild. It was an older property but overall clean great staff and easy access to transportation to downtown Chicago. If you are expecting a Ritz experience maybe this will not be the property for you.

No house keeping. Towels aren’t changed which didn’t expect. It’s a great hotel and venue location but they just need to deep clean it. Nice hot shower and comfortable bed:)

Great hotel when you are not planning on staying in very much. If you have a lot planned like I did and were only using the hotel for sleeping and showering, you will be fine. The vibe of the hotel is pretty cool at night, however I did wish there was more lighting in the lobby during the day. Again, not a big deal if you will not be in the hotel much. The room was nice and clean when I took possession however, the cleaning crew does not clean during your stay. Since this was a hostel, the bathroom did get pretty dirty. They also do not provide new towels so you are using the same one daily. Make sure you bring your own lock. They charge you for one and the code is written ON THE BACK! So pretty worthless lock if someone wanted to get your things. The hotel is close to MANY things. I walked pretty much everywhere since I was so close. CVS right next door which was handy. Staff were nice but they did not go out of their way to make your stay any better. All in all, this was a good spot for a single traveler just looking for a place to sleep and get cleand up.

Very good at any food(uno, close to food shop, eataly etc) but room didnt have refrigerator. And this accommodation has fitness center, but very small and doesnt have enough stuff. But for trip, very appropriate place
