They do have an airport shuttle which is a minivan. The shuttle driver was very kind and helpful. The front desk staff was kind. For the amount we paid the hotel could have been in better condition. The pool was empty so we couldn’t swim. The paint/wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The bathroom doors were warped, had bubbling paint and the corner of the door was bent upward. The overall upkeep of the hotel was in bad condition. Definitely not what you expect when you pay almost $400 for a stay. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price I paid. I would expect the conditions of this hotel from a cheap motel.
Staff were rude at desk and took card kept on having fault issues had to go down 4 times and room wasn’t clean or stock

Comfy stay for a work trip weekend
It was great, check in was quick and easy, the elevator was a little intimidating so I defaulted to the stairs. I’ve stayed in this hotel twice now but it’s very comfortable just unrenovated so don’t expect it to be luxurious but the water stays hot, the room was clean enough, the bed was comfy, and the AC worked that’s all I need on a business trip where the only thing I’m doing in the room is primarily sleeping anyways.
On arrival the member of staff who would not get off her cell phone could not find my reservation. Then when she did, she tried to tell me i had a double room booked. I said no i have a king suite. After a few minutes she confirmed that. Gave me the room cards and i went to see the room.
I looked in an it was a box room with a king bed inside. Nothing like i had paid for or reserved.i went back to reception where the girl continued to use her phone on a call and then she gave me another room. I went to see that, walked all the way up there and the keys wouldn't work.
I walked all the way downstairs again, told this rude girl the keys were not working and she re did them.. Again, she still would not get off her cell.
I went back to the room and i was appalled by the room. There were wires coming out from the AC unit. The room looked and smelled dirty, musty. I went into the bathroom and i was greeted by the ceiling peeling off with mold and what appered to be a flood causing it from the room above. The toilet was broken and more wires coming out from the wall.
I went back downstairs and i told the girl i would not be staying in that. She told me we would get a refund for the booking. Good as this place is a zham, a pit of dirt. The so called pool area is closed for maintenance, looks like it has been for years. Broken windows, Amazon boxes everywhere and Christmas stuff being stored. How plp say this place is nice is beyond my comprehension.
room was very clean and comfortable. all the staff were kind to me it's a little out dated and needs a little landscaping but the room was surprisingly modern and very nice and clean comfy bed!!
Our stay was overall good. The hotel was purchased by Holiday Inn but we were not informed of the change so it was a little confusing. It must have been a recent move since the hotel seems to be under some renovations. Regardless, the stay was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The area was safe and convenient for our stay. With some upgrades, the hotel would receive an additional star.

There was a water leak on the ceiling. There was a storm and we had to use the trash can to stop from drenching the carpet. No shampoo nor conditioner in the rooms. Carpets were gross. Front desk was never present. Budget but not a pleasant place to stay.

The property was old and not maintained well. Ripped curtains in the room. Carpets were old and dirty with stains.
Desk in the room was too filthy never cleaned its legs. Bathroom handle was broken. Bathroom has rust all over the bath tub. Health Hazard to live. They told us it’s going to be renovated soon.
It’s not the same as expected looking at the online pictures.

I couldn’t confirm my reservation with the hotel directly prior to checking in- it took several phone calls to Expedia to finalize my reservation and located the hotel address/ name on google map… felt uncertainty about what’s happening with the booking and reputation of this hotel!
After arriving, I realized that the hotel is still undergoing renovations and name conversion from Holiday Inn to Grand Royal Hotel… this place provides basic, minimal services for a quick visit/ overnight stay- if you’re not picky and watch your budget… there’s nothing around the area for dinning or exploring within a few miles
Stay was not the best, first they claim the shuttle runs every hour which it doesn’t, we waited at the airport for 2 hours and it never came, it’s also hard to tell which shuttle is the right one as they have a tiny sign on the window that says holiday inn. Next the breakfast they say is a “continental breakfast” we went down at 7:30 all it was is a long table that has watered down coffee packaged cereals and muffins. We asked for towels twice and never received them. We had to keep going down to the desk and asking until they finally gave us some. We stayed Thursday to Monday and Saturday requested maid service to have our rooms cleaned up a bit, they didn’t come. Instead they came Monday the day we were supposed to check out banging on the door for maid service. Overall not the best place to stay.
Very disappointed in the rating on hotels.com and the actual condition of this hotel especially with the price I paid for a one night stay. I think I would have been better off staying at a motel 6. Completely outdated. Not worth the price. Uncomfortable experience
