Who likes having the police sent to their room. No apologies from the staff or anyone. You just dont randomly send police to someone's room, because some of your other guests are doing whatever the police were called for. Someone from the hotel should've actually come up and seen exactly what room numbers they were looking for than to send to police to a paying customers room who has no idea what is going on.

Nice hotel!

Front end clerk was wonderful, friendly, polite and helpful. Room he gave us was quiet which we had requested. Clean and comfortable! Would stay there again. Convenient to mall and Costco although that is not why we stayed there.
