The place was nice and staff was very friendly. I was very frustrated that they had there pool closed down when that was the reason I came to this hotel. There was no notice on the website or anything saying pool was closed.

Generally decent. Location is great. Lobby / hallways / elevators were kind of dirty. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and well staffed. Elevators were a huge problem. Took over 30 minutes to get down one day, 15 the other two. They just don't have enough to serve the hotel, and if you're on a top floor it's terrible.

The location was great!! All the staff was GREAT!! The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars was the elevator situation. In the morning the wait was ridiculous. More than a couple times we took the stairs from the 17th floor down. In the end there were more pros than cons, I’d stay there again.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and have always been happy with our stay. This stay was not so good. Our bed was very uncomfortable. When you laid on one side the bed was slanted to the middle and on the other side it felt like my feet were higher than my head. My husband and I were very uncomfortable and did not get much sleep. The next morning waiting for the elevator was awful. We waited over 20 minutes just to get downstairs for breakfast. Then waited at least another 20 minutes to get back upstairs. We were very disappointed in our stay this time.

The lifts are too small and the wait time in the mornings is up to 20mins. This is because they have failed to repair the service lift for the cleaners etc so one of the lifts is out of use for customers leaving two and during breakfast hours the wait time for a lift was absolutely ridiculous. Many people were complaining. The seating in the dining room is ripped. I would never stay there again and would never recommend it to anyone..It so overpriced for what you get

Only 1 elevator works during breakfast. You WILL miss getting it. Room was noticeably warmer than the hall/lobby. Almost like AC struggles to keep up. View was amazing. Service was impeccable. Prime location. Condition of the building is the biggest drawback

The elevator situation at this hotel is unacceptable. And frankly just dangerous. It has 40 floors, and 3 TINY elevators. While we were there, only 2 were functioning, but there is no way a 3rd working one would even solve the issue. We were on floor 30 and consistently waited 45 minutes to an hour for an elevator. And it was impossible to get luggage down. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to spend half your days waiting for elevators. If someone were to have a medical emergency, there's no way they'd get help quickly. Also they need to spray for bugs. I killed 6 large spiders in our room. The rooftop pool is surrounded by giant webs and spiders. The front desk girl was really unprofessional and kind of rude. The only saving grace of this hotel is the location, Ajsa (the cleaning person on floor 30)- she was absolutely amazing, and the guy working the breakfast area- he was wonderful. Otherwise it was pretty awful and frustrating.
