As a college student working a part time job I decided to go with this hotel as it was the more “affordable” option. I don’t have a ton of room to judge, but I feel like I did spend my money and didn’t receive all I could’ve. Weird stains in different places. Slimy bathroom floor. Staff was exceptional though, anything we asked for such as extra towels, or new sheets, they were happy to help. The building just needs a little bit of love put into it! BREAKFAST WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!!!

Very clean and had a nice variety for breakfast. A couple of the elevators mase some funny noises and our room seemed to cool down quite often. So we were left feeling Cold. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it to others!

When we got to our room, our bed was VERY broken. Thankfully, the management quickly moved us to another room. Sheets in second room were stained. You could tell the room wasn't deep cleaned in a LONG time. The child's bare feet were super dirty from the carpeting. I'll be staying somewhere else next time we go to Chicago.
