Convenient. Nice renovated room. No mirror in bathroom but the staff made up for it with giving us a discount that I was pleased with. Great location for the river walk and other things to do. I would stay again.

Still the best brand

Television and the television service was not what I thought it would be. I would think that as reasonable as TV’s are nowadays that at least the Hilton Brand would be upgraded to smart TV’s without raising prices. I did, however, really appreciate the safety measure that no one could get to the guest room floors without a key to their own room, really liked that!

We checked in and the room appeared clean, but found that many areas in the room were overlooked. The front desk offered to move us, but we were already unpacked and our kids were resting. We were in a room overlooking a loading dock where the trash Dumpsters were. The company came in the middle of the night to dump it, the fridge was loud and the ac unit was loud.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was nice and clean. Our room was clean and cool. No problem with anything. Our stay was very comfortable and it was close by to everything we wanted to see.

It was okay but for the price it could have had a better complementary breakfast. Also they said, the bar was under construction, even though there was nothing being done to it and there’s bottles of alcohol. They just didn’t wanna make it, but you could get a beer if you wanted.
