From the very beginning everything went smoothly. The fact that’s it’s 3 hotels in one, it’s pretty cool. We had stayed on the Hampton inn one. The service woman allows us to check in early vs waiting until 4p. The room was clean & nice & open. Also, having free breakfast was a perk. Definitely would stay here again! The only thing I wish it had would be more parking spots, especially with how many guests stay here.

Went for the Chicago marathon. It was a perfect place to stay. The route went by and my parents were able to spectate from there. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was really friendly.

$30 for (slightly) early check-in
The stay was fine. But what sticks with me was when I checked in, I was told that there was a room available to me for (slightly) early check-in, but it would cost $30 extra. I travel a lot and never encountered a charge like this. It was a very expensive hotel and it seemed really petty to me. The staff overall was very friendly, the location of the hotel just okay--by Chinatown. Overall, like I wrote, it was fine.

Wish there was a more versatile water boiler in the room for hot water and not a coffee maker. Breakfast staff also not very friendly. One had her prayers (through radio or app) on very loudly while at work.

The hotel was excellent, and the neighboring “View” restaurant was awesome. There was no one manning the valet parking when I arrived so I pulled into the adjacent parking lot. The gate was malfunctioning and a repairman gave me a ticket and admitted my car. The next morning the ticket would not work, no one responded when I pushed the “help” button, the kiosk kept showing “invalid ticket, pay $100” which I would not do. A loitering stranger saw my predicament and said he’d fix things for $40 cash. I finally found my own solution. Not the fault of Hilton, but LORD what a bad time I had this morning !!!

I really enjoyed my stay. There was hair in my fridge and on the bed but I just cleaned it and got new sheets. The area was safe and close to the train station which I took to the airport.
