Very clean room, comfortable beds, helpful staff and a nice morning breakfast. We were glad to have on-site parking. We observed a breakfast staff person helping to serve a blind person one morning. The staff member was polite and kind and went out of her way to get what the person needed. I would stay here again.

Very convenient for airport access

Staff were friendly and efficient. The airport shuttle running every 15 minutes was great! Noise from the street in our room wasn’t the best in the evening but it must have quieted down at night because we were able to get a comfortable full night’s sleep.

I came here because of the proximity to the airport. Was able to take a free shuttle even though we arrived after midnight. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the room rate was good for Chicago in the 3 star hotel range.

This property really surprised me. I booked a Queen bed but they gave me a double lol (extra space for just me). The tv was upgraded with my favorite streaming services and the bathroom was pretty cool too. Breakfast in the morning and a shuttle back and forth to the airport was also so convenient . I would definitely rebook here!

The thermostat automatically changed its setting while we were asleep and we woke up very warm. It took a while to cool back off. Thermostats shouldn't override the temperature setting while you're sleeping. The shower floor wasn't firm.
