We arrived to a VERY Friendly Hilton Representative! She went above and beyond. We recommend that she PLEASE be recognized for her helpfulness, friendliness and recommendations. You do not come across many folks that are as SPECIAL as Viviana!! I did send an additional email to the Chief Engineer at this Hilton location. I told Mr. Cedeno that Viviana was AMAZING!

Came in around midnight due to flight, and transportation was easily accessible from the airport to the hotel! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted very nicely by two men at the counter and they got us checked in quickly. We could only stay until 7 am and they offered free breakfast, which was very delicious. And checked out with ease, with our transport ready waiting for us to go back to the airport! I loved staying at the Hampton!
