We arrived in mid afternoon and the staff was very friendly. They had already put a fan in our room as we had requested when making the reservation. They also were helpful, answering all of our questions and clearly explaining the procedure of catching the shuttle bus to the airport very early the next morning. We were impressed.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The bathroom was well maintained and the bed was comfortable. When I did have an issue with the shower door, staff were available within 10 minutes to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is only a 5-10 minutes away from the airport. As such, there’s no restaurants around although I saw pizza boxes so there is delivery available. There’s no bar area or restaurant, but the hotel more than makes up for it in the size and quality of the rooms which are clean, modern, large and very well appointed. The pool and whirlpool are great and well heated. The reception area does have a selection of microwave meals available, ice creams, confectionary and alcoholic drinks to purchase. All in all a very enjoyable stay indeed.

Excellent for O’hare stay

I chose this Hampton Inn because of its close proximity to the O’Hare airport. They offered free parking for my partner that stayed with me. I caught the shuttle to and from the airport, which was amazing. It really does run every 15 minutes and the driver was very courteous and prompt and helpful. The room was clean. The service was friendly.
