I keep my/your room tidy. The only thing i needed was a refresh on towels, I asked for that towel refresh and it never came.
The commode is not ADA compliant.
I enjoyed my stay, nontheless.
The people were extremely friendly, the service and care made the stay worth while. Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice.

A little older hotel, could use some TLC/updates, carpets are clearly pretty old and need cleaned or replaced, the rest of the room was clean. Not a great gym. Great pool. Staff was incredible, very friendly and always accommodating. Would stay again.

The room stunk like black mold, the refridge did not work. Never got room keys, had to be escorted to our room every time if we both left together. Carpet was dirty.
Unfortunately, we did not have a good stay. The key maker and digital key were not working. We had to be escorted to our room and let in by staff. Additionally, our bathroom floor was sticky. We asked for it to be cleaned. There was no internet, so they could not check us out in the morning. The staff was nice due to these unfortunate events, however, this was not a pleasant stay. Also, the breakfast was mediocre.
The place qas not what i expected feom a Hampton inn property. It is outdated and uncomfortable.
I really wanted to book another location, but they were sold out.
I cancelled my 2nd night stay after finding the other Hampton inn I wanted opened up.
My husband and i stayed this past weekend. The room was nice and clean. Front desk was very helpful with suggestions for transportation to the arena where we were going. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely go back.
