Staff were very nice and helpful. Room seemed clean, but there was a strange odor that permiated about hallways and room. I was told that they only have cleaning staff available every other day. OK by me cause I was just one person who doesn't make much mess. Room was nice, lots of room and reasonably furnished. Lots of plugs for devices. Breakfast was decent. Parking was a bit of problem, but manageable.

Great, right up to the inhospitable check-out

Perfectly nice stay ruined by needlessly painful check-out experience. The desk attendant REFUSED to print out a receipt for the room payment, telling me Expedia would send me a receipt and that Hampton Inn didn't do that. Then I showed her the receipt from the previous nights stay at Hampton Inn that I'd had printed the day before. Only confronted with the evidence did she agree to print the single sheet of paper I'd asked for. Then as I left she said "hope you have a better day". Haha. How could I not, I was leaving her behind.

The first room was wet and smelled. They accommodated our request for a new room, but that room was also wet (although it smelled somewhat better). The carpet was so dirty that it changed the color of the bottom of my wife's slippers. Housekeeping also did not replenish the soap.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn! The gym was impressive, with a great selection of weights. The entire property was well-maintained, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning to Hampton Inn for my future travels!

I actually didn’t stay at the hotel because when we arrived to check in, the hotel had no record of the reservation we made through Expedia. The hotel staff were most accommodating and helpful but there was nothing they could do as they were full up due to a wedding. We ended up at a nearby Marriott and got a full refund from Expedia.
