This property is comvenient while it is just off the veaten path of michigan ave. Has evening entertainment options like Howl at the Moon and House of Blues right around the corner. Decent value for good sized rooms

The staff was helpful and friendly. The amenities were great. The only fly in the ointment was the parking. Parking was in a garage a couple blocks from the property. If you have mobility issues beware. Lots of walking involved.

Hotel is beautiful, clean, and staff was pretty friendly for most part. Issue was we had no working tv in room our whole stay. Went down every day multiple times to just be told they are sending a engineer up. Never came.
