Room not ready!

Every thing was great! The location the breakfast the front desk as well. The only thing I will say I was disappointed in was that check in was at 4, however I was not ready! 😔 We waited about an hour before I room was ready! And not given any reason as to why it wasn’t ready or compensated for not being able to check in! Other than that the experience was great for our first time being in. CHICAGO! We will be back!!

Overall hotel was great. Only complaints were the pool was overcrowded (out of their control) and you’re right next to the fire station which you hear fire trucks all day and night.

We enjoyed our king suite. It was the perfect size for a family of 5 with three small children. Unfortunately one of the three elevators was not in use, and the other two were dreadfully slow. It was darn near impossible to get downstairs with a stroller with the sheer volume of people staying on site. All the staff were fantastic and so friendly. Housekeeping did a great job and even restocked our linens on our second day, which we did not expect. Everything was very clean. The pool was very cold and pretty murky but the lights made it worth it for the kids.

Wonderful staff. Above and beyond.

The hotel overall was pretty good and pretty standard as mid-price hotels go. The main reason I'm writing this review is to comment on the staff, who were WONDERFUL across the board. I put a note on my reservation saying that we were arriving on my son's birthday and to ask if theyd do something nice (and charge me for it). When we arrived, there was a sign at the front desk and the staff were all waiting to tell him happy birthday and give him a free goodie bag from the gift shop. They all knew his name and made it SO special for him, it brought tears to my eyes. Yolo, Jodi and Belle were all so nice and seemed genuinely happy to work there and greet us. The housekeeping staff and food service staff were also so kind and above and beyond. I've literally never seen this positive of an environment at a hotel and it just made our stay that much more pleasant. Other pros for us were the free breakfast and availability of a suite for a reasonable price, which gave our family of 3 plenty of room to stretch out. Cons were lack of a hot tub and the slow elevators, but that is it! Overall a great place and would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel! We stayed here for a staycation, and loved it. Great location, so it was easy to Uber to nearby attractions and locations. We'll be back!

Great customer service, from front desk to check out to Valet and breakfast. I as so impressed it’s not often every staff member is do wonderful during a hotel stay. Pamela in the breakfast area was so helpful and looked after us with my husband being disabled. I hope to stay here again in the future

Bella at the front desk was kind and super helpful. We enjoyed her character and assistance. The pool was wretched. I could not see my feet under two feet of water and my legs immediately became entangled in large Matt’s of dark hair. Disgusting condition. Towels everywhere, water too questionable to allow my son into, the pool was a number. The hotel, it was bursting. It was so full the elevator was ridiculous, the noise from the pool was epic and people were up partying and slamming doors all night. The room itself was decent. Bit of hair in the bed, bit of nasty in the corners. They did clean the room during the day which was nice. I would say very mediocre.
