Did not use the gym or eat the breakfast, but the breakfast did look good with a nice variety and several choices. The room and overall hotel were very clean. The staff did miss a regular cleaning (every other day) and I was out of something, but I requested it at the front desk and they followed up with me the following day to ensure that cleaning was done. We were allowed to check in very early without an advance request which was wonderful! Some hotels smell musty, but all the hallways, common areas and even the elevators were clean and smelled fresh. You can’t even smell the chlorine from the pool. There was a neat food court directly out the front doors of the hotel with a lot of fast food choices which was very convenient. Great location in the medical district. This will be my go to hotel when I visit Chicago.

The staff is very friendly, everything was perfect. I slept like a baby, the beds are very comfy. I was able to get coffee at any time and there are plenty of places to eat right next door. I stay here every time I come to chicago.

First, the front staff member (Ashley) was extremely welcoming and caring during my stay. She ensured I was checked in and made small conversation. The room itself was beautiful and clean, very accessible and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable.
