Worth every penny
I would definitely stay here again. My flight arrived extremely early in the morning and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to check in so early but no problem. The front desk clerk was exceptionally nice and accommodated my request. I have already recommended this hotel to a few of my friends traveling to Chicago next month.

Overall stay was good. I would have like a lounge on property and also a restaurant for dinner. I felt like there were amenities missing. Lastly, the sofa in the room should have been cleaned/vacuumed, found long blonde hairs on sofa.

It was on a nice quiet street, well kept and friendly staff. I wasn't impressed that the breakfast was a continental breakfast and was a little pricey, however, it was very good and presented well, plus on a little more higher end hotel it was within what one should expect for price.

We really enjoyed our visit in Chicago and we couldnt find a better place to stay! This Hotel was great, very close for everything, walkable, safe and very clean. In front of this hotel is a convenient store which was a plus for us… we were 5 girls in this beautiful trip , we loved the hotel and surroundings!! The only thing is just to change the sofa-bed mattress :/ But all GREAT!!

Nice room with a lake view. Pool was nice for a quick swim in the morning on the upper floor. Location was pretty good with a lot of things within in walking distance.
