The issue my family and I ran into at the property was that the pool was unavailable. It was one of the major reasons I booked this hotel and was disappointed to learn we could not swim. We stayed here before and loved the pool feature.

Didn’t like the stay. Small rooms and not clean. One person at the reception was super rude. We were traveling with parents who are senior citizens and they did not even accommodate requests to get two extra bottles of water. The cafe downstairs is good but the wait can be longer.

Rude front desk clerk when calling from room to report tv not working, sent maintainence up to fix, then an hour later same tv outage. Asked for room change, front desk let phone ring, picked up without greeting or disclosure and rudely said hold on and left on hold for several minutes. Definitely interrupted her day . Should I apologize? All i wanted was a working TV and not someone who chastised me and made me feel like i was imposing. Other than that my stay was fabulous as long as i didnt call the front desk

Lovely stay perfect weekend with my mom and 4 year old - so close to American girl, shopping, and everything is so easy and walkable on magnificent mile! Loved our room and stay! Pool is closed fyi - I didn’t know that ahead of time and it’s one reason I stayed here but it’s ok! Lots to do in Chicago!

This is the second time we stayed at this property. The check in stands was very helpful, Alicia L was able to check us in quite a bit early and we really appreciated that. Cleaning crew was helpful as well. All in all a very pleasant stay for a quick get away with the family. Great restaurants and shopping close by. This will be our go to hotel in Chicago for sure!

The customer service was outstanding. The rooms were cleaned daily as well as the replacement of towels. The only downfall were the outlets that were next to the bed they were not useable.

We had no hot water. We called and we were told to run sink in room, bathroom sink and shower for 10 minutes then we got hot water. We had to do this for every shower. We almost missed our dinner reservations because valet would not answer to get our car and when we came down they refuse to get our car for 30 minutes. Hotel just told me the valet is not their problem. They contract the valet. Valet is $80 a night and short staffed for busy hotel. Worst stay and front desk not helpful.
