Great location, but dirty hotel. Bathrooms are not cleaned thoroughly! And $6.00 daily parking rate? Why not just add to hotel rate? Disappointing for a Hilton.

We had a nice suite, it was nice to have more living space than just an average room. The breakfast buffet was nice but I wish it was included in the price. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we ever visit the Chicago area in the future.

The only thing that I had a problem with was that the cable suck. I was looking for certain channels like BET or WeTv and it wasn’t included.

The lobby seems fine but the rooms are old, moldy bathrooms, no hot water in the shower, Filthy windows, old furniture, etc. The rating is totally bogus! To start with we could not check in because the electricity was off and we had to call later to find out if it went on! Who rated this place?

The pool and jacuzzi had to be cleaned dirty. OUR room had a broken sofa bed. They said they have no rooms available to shift. Everytime we go out we had to come down to the register again to unlock our room key as it kept getting blocked, atleast 6 times we did that. Can't even cancel or refund even after we bought the insurance.
