Overall, it was a pleasant.

Overall, the experience was good. We were across the street from the Willis Tower. We were close to some of the convenience stores and some nice restaurants. It would have been better if the breakfast was complimentary. Our room was nice and clean. We had a pretty good view.

Everything about this hotel was good except there is a train track nearby and I was on 4th floor. It was SO LOUD!! They offered to change room but I returned too late and early departure headed to airport at 6:30, I was too lazy to switch. With so many hotel options, I would not stay here again. At least no 4th Floor
