This was a very good no-frills property. All I needed was a clean basic room to sleep in with all the standard amenities and a basic fitness center. The staff was helpful when needed. The location is very convenient to the downtown Chicago sights, shopping, dining and the river. There was equipment in the fitness center that was not working (a treadmill), and the cable machine lacked some essential hand grips. The lobby was bright, clean, and always seemed safe and lively. I didn’t spend much time in the hotel or my room other than sleeping, showering and morning workouts during my stay. I would stay there agsin, the price was right for my time and stay needs.

The staff at this property were all so helpful and friendly. The rooms are impeccably clean. The area is very safe and we felt comfortable walking anywhere around. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location if you’re doing tourist activities! Walkable distance to major attractions. Direct access to the Riverwalk and LH rooftop is right around the corner for the city view and late-night drinks! Plenty of restaurants nearby from high ends too fast food! Pricing is reasonable. We had a minor issue with the water overflowing from the tank behind the toilet but the staff came up and fixed it right away and we have no issues for the rest of the stay. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The greatest part you can leave your luggage in the lobby if you arrive early before check-in time or leave later after check-out time. We would stay here again!!!

We had a lovely stay here. We had no idea it was so close to all things shopping and the river walk. The staff were all very kind. The hotel & room was clean. The actual beds could be a little more comfy but it's not a deal breaker. Parking was easy. We will stay again!

Super clean and staff were very attentive. The location was the best thing about this stay. However, I’m surprised none of the reviews talked about how thin the walls/windows are. We stayed on the 4th floor and we were able to hear everything that was going on outside (sirens, people yelling). So if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to consider another place to stay.
