The place is good, but the staff was unaware of where to purchase souvenirs. I also inquired about early check-in, having booked through Expedia rather than directly with Hilton, but was charged $50 despite being a Hilton Honors member. The staff is friendly, the location is quiet and safe.

It's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. There are lots of dining options and it's about four blocks from the subway...or 'L' as they call it there.
