I love this location very convenient. Not far from anything. It was very clean. Customer Service is not so good. Long wait times to check in. I had a major problem and front desk manager refuse to take accountability. He just wanted to point the blame to booking agency although hotel charged me directly. I have never been so uncomfortable and cold in a nice hotel room downtown Chicago.

There was a lot of erratic individuals outside the building that would walk to the front doors and harass us as we were leaving. Next, I would have liked a hot tub and pool. Finally, most hotels include a breakfast with the hotel stay, but if I wanted to get the breakfast here I would have to pay.
