The hotel and staff were very nice. Breakfast at the Vu Rooftop was so good and reasonably priced (gratuity is already added to receipt). One minor problem was the TV cable was not working the first night.

If you have anything going on at the McCormick place I would recommend this hotel. They have a skyline bridge for you so you can leave your coat at the room.

I didn’t like that I wasn’t told I had to let front desk know if I wanted housekeeping. Other than that all was good. The cost of parking $63 is too expensive for an uncovered lot.

We got an upgrade to a bigger room with view. It’s very nice and clean inside and the price is reasonable. We had a great time staying in Hilton.
