Front desk advised they were out of rooms when trying to check in. We went to Expedia and found rooms available and booked. When back to the front desk and showed him and he said oh and not any apologies. Then breakfast staff said we could go outside and when asked can we order, she say no good or drinks allowed outside. Why offer for us to sit outside? Overall, a busy, clean hotel.

Check in was a breeze. The gentleman was super nice! They held our luggage since we got there super early. The room was big and quiet and clean. Was so nice to have a fridge and microwave.

Yes this hotel I used in Chicago South loop because I was going to go to a concert at the Wintrust Arena. And the staff are really friendly they told me what to do and they gave me a card to be safe to enter my room if I needed anything. And they gave me a QR code to order any food that I needed and they'll bring it to the room.

This is my favorite go-to when I'm in Chicago, they treat my dog like a king and they have a private parking lot, so my stuff feels safe. The only downfall is that parking costs $50. Right downtown tons of food and fun things to do within walking distance.

Our card key didn't work and when we asked for a new one they told us to try something else instead. THAT didn't work, so we had to go BACK DOWN to the lobby to try again and instead of giving us a new key, they sent the manager up as if we swiped the key incorrectly and she looked me straight in the face and said "oh, it's really not working." Yes we know, we told you that three hours ago when we got here. So we had to trek back downstairs for her to say, "you should download the app." I just wanted a room key and to settle in. It shouldn't have been that hard or taken that long. Staff was rude and talked to me like I was dumb.

I wish there were more restaurants within walking distance, but everything was a short Uber or train ride away for sure. The front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop breakfast on our last morning was a perfect end to the weekend! We will be back!
