Location, location, location
We chose this Hilton because it was near the airport. It was also within walking distance of Rivers Casino, bonus. We also walked to Chicago pizza legend Giordano's. Staff at the front desk went above and beyond. complimentary cookies, transportation advice, and luggage storage.

It was close to River Road Casino. The shuttle was very good from to airport. The breakfast was good. The cons the hotel was not worth the money the room the look was pretty generic it was nothing spectacular. The dinner food was very generic and I ordered a steak and salmon. The waiter are rude and act very weird like they have a bad day and they don’t want to be there. The hotel had very depressing vibe and did not even had a lotion in the room.

Faulty Sensors!!!!!
Do not stay here! They have faulty sensors in the rooms. We are a non smoking/non vaping family and the sensors went off twice, charging $300 per occurrence. When it happened the second time, I requested to be moved to another room only to be denied and was told if it happened again we would be escorted off the property. Needless to say we checked out of the hotel with no refund and did not receive credit for the faulty sensors. Rude front desk staff including the evening manager. Honestly felt they “attacked” as we were a group of girls.

Overall the hotel is fine. Where my unhappiness comes in is simple, I don’t like the additional fees for parking. Not at this level of a hotel. I also don’t like the expense of their breakfast that would be complimentary at any other hotel of this caliber. The kids pool area is nice and a welcomed treat. The rooms were fine but the pillows were terrible. I stay in a lot of hotels and this place is just ok. The best thing it has going for is it the proximity to the Rivers Casino.
