The property was in a great spot, easy to access and had lots of options for dining. We got excellent recommendations from the staff. Speaking of the staff, Alyssa was OUTSTANDING and made our stay an incredible one. She was amazing, friendly and very helpful. She even helped us get access to a steamer. Wedding stay

I was charged breakfast for two because we did not have tickets in the room. Room 179. bed comfort was fair. We did not use the Internet food. Options were OK. The elevator broke down, which was horrible for my family. We were on the seventh floor. My husband is on oxygen and I have a daughter five months pregnant with twins. Also, she has two toddlers. They all had to walk down seven flights of stairs as we were on the seventh floor, like I said. The elevator was not fixed by the time we left our stay. horrible, just horrible.

The room was nice and clean. Front desk friendly. But there's no soap in the bottle. Also there was a lady speaking in Spanish loudly in the hallway at 6 AM constantly, non stop for hours,,, and that wake us up!
