For a Hilton it was just mid. Nothing great but not horrible either . It says it has a bar and grill and I guess it does but I’ve stayed in many other hiltons with much better. There’s 5 seats at the “bar” , the food menu isn’t very big, food was ok, nothing special . Rooms were clean and the staff were nice .

Close to highway so you will hear some traffic noise but it isn’t too loud. Nice safe area. Close to shopping and food. The downtown area of Lake Forest is charming!!

The only reason I did not give a 5 star review is the first night there was a lady at the check in counter and the one serving food near the check out. They were both very rude. The rest of my stay everyone was extremely nice.

I stayed Friday and Saturday night (September 6-8. I asked housekeeping to freshen up my room THREE TIMES. Clean towels and empty trash. NOTHING WAS DONE. I actually took a housekeeping woman who was working at another room to my room and asked her to please clean my room. This was mid Saturday afternoon and when I returned from dinner and other activities at 9 PM, NOTHING HAPPENED. Is this a common occurrence for other guests?
