Misrepresentation and total disappointment

When I booked the hotel I booked a king bed in a room with a bathtub. At check in I was told there was a bathtub in our room. There was not. When I called the front desk, they said only the rooms with 2 queen beds had a tub. They did nothing to accommodate us, offer any solution or anything. That is poor customer service not to mention misrepresentation by my reservation on Hotels.com

Staff was awesome, rooms not so much. Our room came with a broken tv and no pressure in the sink. Also don’t pay for breakfast, we went down at around 7:30 am and there was barely any food left

My stay was okay. Room was okay, pretty clean, bed was okay. Worst part was checking out and needed to head to the airport. Myself & 3 others waited in the lobby for 10-15 min, and no one came. I left the card keys & a note at the desk and left.

Online said breakfast started at 6am but started at 7am. Wasn’t able to get the breakfast I paid extra for because my event started at 7am. HDMI port didn’t work on tv had to figure out how to change ports.

HORRIBLE

Checked in like normal, I was in town for my company holiday party so I went to it and did not come back to the hotel till about 1:30am, when we walked in no one was at the desk, we went to our room and the keys we were given on arrival did not work. I went back downstairs and waited there for about 10 mins yelling hello hoping someone would help. I looked all around and no one was around. I went back up and got my friend and she also came down to look around with me and yell. Eventually we when behind the counter and saw a note with my name that said I never checked in when that was wrong. 30 mins later someone just walks down and we were upset it’s past 2am and we can’t get into the room we paid for. Someone finally comes down and acts like she wasn’t missing for an hour. And starts blaming me that I never paid a deposit that I never checked and that’s why they don’t work. Also asked me why I never called that I was going to check in late? We were already checked in why would I need to tell you? She has also lied saying she had just been down there when that was false. She tried to tell me I had been staying in that room for 4 days when I had checked in today. It was ridiculous experience and felt unsafe and will be reaching out to managements.
