I had a wonderful experience at this property except this. There was a hotel bellman who assisted us by taking the cart from my grandson and I on a jokingly way. Then trying to chastise my grandson because he was riding on the cart by saying hey hey you can’t ride on that cart give it to me. That I NOT what you say to a 6 year old child. I told him I got him thank you we can take it. He was insisting on taking the cart to our room. My daughter said mom just let him take it. I did. I went to the room they followed. My daughter assisted him in getting our luggage off the cart. My daughter came in the room I asked her did you tip him? She said no I didn’t have any cash. I went to loon for him he was turning on the elevator. I was saying excuse me excuse me. He heard me I was so close he could not hear me he just got on the elevator. I said to myself oh wow how rude. I told my daughter I’m sure I’ll see him while we’re here and I’ll top him then. So the last day we were preparing to leave I hear someone yelling ma’am ma’am ma’am. So I turn around. He is shaking there yelling CAN YOU NOT LEAVE THE CART ON THE FLOOR BRING IT BACK! My daughter said mom why is he yelling at you. I turn to him to say we’re leaving in the early mornings I’ll bring it down when I’m done with it. He says nothing and turns around and walk away. Well this was the first time I saw him since we checked in I wanted to top him but speaking to me and yelling at me. All else perfect I’ll be back!
