Hotel staff was very friendly! Check in was super easy and the room was beautiful! But the best thing was the VIEW!! At night made me speechless. I will say the only negative thing was trying to find a parking spot in the parking garage. But other than that, 10/10!

2 star hotel

This is not a 3 star or 4 star hotel. location is 5 star. I didn't like the room and washroom is small comparing to other holiday inn as it is old. the amount of money I paid for two nights was not worth it. parking and breakfast is expensive but overall in downtown all hotels are expensive. I only recommend this hotel for its location only.

This is our favorite place to stay in Chicago. Walkable to Riverwalk and other destinations. The area is clean, safe and quiet. The hotel lobby and bar are welcoming and beautiful.

Back in late 2019 I stayed for a few weeks for business, the experience was so great I decided to bring my wife for our anniversary this year. The establishment was great, the staff was friendly and the hotel is in the middle of downtown which made things very accessible for sightseeing. I would come back again!
