I HATED THE PARKING COST! $61 DOLLARS A NIGHT FOR PARKING WAS UNBELIEVABLE! iI WAS NOT TOLD THE PARKING FEE WOULD BE $61 A NIGHT UNTIL I CHECKED INTO THE HOTEL! I stayed in this property for my husband's birthday and Memorial Day Weekend. It was wonderful. It's a walkable location and very clean. We had an mazing view of the river. Very nice view from 15th floor where the bar and restaurant is and you can relax and enjoy breakfast in the mornings with an amazing view.

It's downtown but still feels a little bit out of the way - there are no businesses in the immediate vicinity. Granted, you can walk in 5 or 10 minutes to a busy area and the L train. The property is fine - but you have to take two elevators to get to your room. I wasn't terribly impressed by the room itself and I had issues with some functionality on the TV and the heating system. The bed was comfortable, however. They do offer a brunch but I did not try. Also, I would recommend that management make sure each room has a small pad of paper and a pen. I had to walk downstairs to check-in to get this. Sometimes you still need to write something down.
