I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The facilities are extremely outdated. Most of the power outlets in the room were broken, and the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t even contact the front desk. The chairs in the room were full of stains and looked very dirty. On top of that, there were no toiletries provided at all. To make things worse, the front desk staff at night was very rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A great place to stay !

The front desk staff is amazing! They are so friendly and helpful. The team member who was working on Friday, September 5 around 4 PM is absolutely amazing. He is so helpful every time I stay at your Evanston location.

Property was clean but needs a major update & some maintenance. The parking lot is not in the best shape, very darkn and it is difficult to access lobby with luggage from parking.
