I stayed here for a night for a trip. Super close to the airport. The transportation was convenient as they took my family and I to the airport! Super friendly staff. I will be staying here again.

The room we stayed in was very nice and had great amenities. It has a kitchenette with a small electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. It all comes equipped with dishes, silverware and cooking supplies. The bed was very comfortable and room was overall clean. Our main issue was with a situation we had with what we were charged for the room rate and how the hotel staff managed it. We were given a certain rate when we booked through Expedia but when we checked in, my card was charged over $160 more than what was said. When I brought it up to the front desk staff, they seemed to have an attitude and didn’t offer us a solution or proper explanation. The issue was resolved when we contacted Expedia and they were so helpful and kind when handling the situation. Though it was resolved, we didn’t feel comfortable in our stay, as much as we liked the room. Due to the attitude of the hotel’s front desk staff, we don’t see ourselves returning for another stay.

Great staff. Great location. Clean and had everything I needed. Internet issues / tv entire stay. Staff moved me to see if that would help w Service. Bad internet and tv reception in and out no matter where I was. Front desk worked hard to compensate.

Grway Hotel
The hotel is a grwat get away. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The entire building had internet issues which only worked in the restaurant. BUT the restaurant staff was grqcious to let me use its wifi even though its not associated with the hotel.
