All par for the course except airport shuttle took 70 minutes. I called 4 times because it just wasn’t showing up, and then when shuttle driver came he said “I heard you called 8 or 9 times…” Ugh.

Everything was absolutely great. Such a good experience. Was there for a not so fun time, but the ability to lay my head down and not have to worry about anything was a bonus. Also, got to see the Oscar Mayer Weiner mobile. Bonus.

Everything that went wrong with my booking wasn't the fault of the hotel. They worked hard to get everything sorted for me. For some reason the price showed on Expedia and the price I booked, wasn't showing in their system and they couldn't figure out how those numbers were picked. After showing the rates and what I booked they just got it as close as they could to the price I booked at. My only complaint is that I wasn't informed before that you had to pay $20/day for parking.

The Allstate Arena is a short walk away from the hotel and it’s safe. The elevator broke and we had to use the service elevator during our stay and the parking lot filled up and we had to go to a different lot on property. Other than that great stay.
