Our room was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was cleaned from the guests prior. If that wasnt bad enough, the people in the room next to us were running screaming and partying in the hallway at like 3 am. We called front desk and they did nothing. Will not be staying here again.

This was a great hotel experience. There are only a few things that we noticed. Of course, elevators get used often, however the two elevators that are there maybe need servicing :-/ There was this grinding and knocking sound whenever we got to our floor as well as when we got to the lobby floor, and we weren't the only people that noticed, it was a little unnerving. Second, there was this knocking sound throughout the day/night, not sure where it was coming from, but we were thinking the fridge, then maybe the walls, not sure. Last thing is the elevator floors, not sure how often they are cleaned, but it looked the same from the day we got there through the time we left. However, the staff, ALL OF THE STAFF that we came across was AMAZING!! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

I would definitely stay there again, and I can recommend it with confidence. The decor of the rooms—fashionably cold and spare—was not to my personal taste, but it hardly matters when you’re mainly sleeping there.
