The shower water never got Hot. This is over several days, morning, evening, 3am - not Hot. Tis a small thing, but towels were restocked with 2 washcloths instead of 3, and we only had them come in the third day of our stay. So, not spectacular, but not horrible. Water temperature is kind of important, well, to me at least.

Property and surrounding area were excellent. There are so many amenities within walking distance for shopping,food,and entertainment that I didn't have to move my car once. Only complaint...the property needs more than on elevator in the main lobby area. As a flurry of guests check in and out it's a long wait for one.

I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. The property was well maintained. The only issue I encountered was when taking a shower, the curtain did not keep water from the floor. Once, this created a puddle extending out of the bath/toilet room to the hallway/wash basin area.
