Front desk guy was rude to me and another customer when our room cards needed reprogrammed. Lectured us on not putting the card by our phones-my never was. Customer is never right in his mind. Didn’t replace my coffee and the cleaning staff or someone opened my window which I discovered after a bad nights sleep listening to all the outdoor noise

We loved everything about our stay here. It was so clean and breakfast was great. A big enough selection that there was something for everyone. We didn't interact much with staff which is great because we like to stay to ourselves and be left alone. We had a big day in volo and enjoyed a quiet night in. Checked out at 10 with no problems. Would absolutely stay again.

It would have been helpful to know when booking that they require proof of insurance if not buying theirs. I would have brought it instead of wasting time looking it up online. Also that a debit card is not allowed. I had a credit card so it wasn’t a problem for me but others were turned away after paying on a third party booking. The email with gas and damage is much more difficult that just a paper copy for me. Others may like it. I didn’t.

We showed up 30 minutes early of check-in and they wanted to charge us an extra $75 just for being early; even though the hotel was basically empty; ridiculous. Old hotel and outdated. Room smelled musty. Nice area and breakfast was good, bed was comfortable also.
