I thought this was a very comfortable hotel with a well appointed room but the constant toilet plumbing flush sound in my room 425 was terrible . I would not stay here again because of this . I had a 5 am start and I am a wreck I was woken through out the night . The shuttle to the aitrport is first rate . The front desk service was good and my bed and linen were top quality. Thanks

The hotel is okay for a short stay. We reserved a King bed room and were told all they had was a double bed room. There was also an alarm going off/on outside our room throughout the night. The neighborhood was walkable to good restaurants and also close to Midway airport.
