When I arrived to the hotel, there was not an employee in sight. I had to call corporate office and make a complaint. The front employee arrived an hour later looking like she had a late night rendezvous with a man named Chuck

No one came to desk for several minutes and when they did they did not greet me and were rude the whole check-in. The hotel lobby area was in complete disrepair and the check-out staff was also rude. Would definitely not stay again at this location.

Convenient location. We had to change from the first room offered because the air unit had an irritating rattle and loud. Second room was clean and quiet. Bed way too soft. They are remodeling so elevators and lounge area not the cleanest. Breakfast had limited selections compare to other Holiday Inn Expresses.
