This is a nice hotel but I would not stay here during winter again. It is a great location and felt safe. Check in was easy and customer service was great. When we got to our room it was like walking in to a furnace. The heat was blowing full blast. I reached out to the front desk and unfortunately figured out the AC is off for winter and the heater is on for the whole hotel. The thermostat in each room is only for heat so the only thing we could do was prop the door open for hours to let the heat out. I don’t think our room was a normal temperature until the early hours of the morning. It would be a good idea for the hotel to make sure thermostats are at a reasonable temp in a room prior to guests checking in. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom did unfortunately have a lot of hair. They provide complimentary breakfast which is always pretty good at Holiday Inn. They offer everything from cinnamon rolls to eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy.

The room (suite) was very clean with a very comfortable bed. A few improvement could be done such as a bit more lighting in the bedroom area. And more towel hooks in the bathroom. But all in all it was a great stay. I would recommend this place.
