Everything with this hotel went smooth. It is close to the Allstate Arena if you’re going for a concert. Safe to walk around and there’s a store right in front of the hotel, There’s also various food options in the surrounding restaurants. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast was good too.

The room was clean and spacious. The only thing is when we are about to check in around 11:15pm, their system is down and we have to wait 40mins to be able to get to our room. Inconvenient since everyone is tired from the flight. The only thing they offer was drinks from the fridge.

I traveled to Rosemont for a K-Pop concert at Allstate Arena. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it's the perfect place to stay for a short trip. Great rates, great staff, great rooms, and great continental breakfast. Really looking forward to coming back next time there's a concert in Rosemont!!!

After a terrible experience with AA missing the connection and trying to get flights back home, it was so rewarding to find the hotel, the staff was so welcoming and friendly, the room was very comfortable that my kids were able to rest and didn't want to leave the room the next morning :)

Room was clean and roomy. Just wish there were more breakfast options and better quality towels. Also had an issue linking my phone to the TV to cast to it but that’s a minor issue. Also would have liked to have an airport shuttle since this hotel is so close to the airport itself. Otherwise, everything else was good and staff was friendly and helpful.
