My jacket was stolen by hotel staff, and Mari and Victoria are complicit. They rushed to dismiss my concerns and made no real effort to retrieve it. Then they lied, claiming they never saw it in the room. They are thieves.

When you came to enjoy your vacation and you see The receptionist her name Vicky The first Impression Will be the worst experience ever, Because the way how she talk to the customers It was unbelievable. She is very rude and unprofessional at all. I have no idea how they put this kind of people on the front desk. I need to write at least five pages about how bad she is. Not recommend this hotel at all, plus the hotel it’s very noisy because you hear too many noises specially from the highway and from the other guests, you feel there’s nothing between the walls so everybody hear each other.

Great hotel. Many restaurants and a Walmart nearby. Comfortable. Clean. Great breakfast buffet with good variety. The drive to UIC downtown took about 30-40 mins, but it was also Beyonce concert weekend so it's probably less than that normally.
