Pleasantly surprised...
I picked this hotel on a whim after reading reviews so I was a bit nervous, but I was so very pleasantly surprised! I checked in with Victoria and she was absolutely wonderful. She is the perfect person to encounter after a long, tiring drive. She quickly and efficiently checked me in and made sure I had everything I needed she was just so welcoming and friendly. The facility itself is absolutely spotless, this hotel clearly has a wonderful team taking care of it. I was so highly impressed with everything. The room was just as spotless, I loved the setup, the dove products and the decor. I was only supposed to be there one day so I checked out in the morning. My plans changed so I ended up needing a room again for a second night and even though I was across town in a city with a lot of hotels, I drove back to this hotel because I just knew I would have no problems. I ended up checking in again with Victoria and we had a good laugh about the deja vous situation. If and when I return to Chicago, I will definitely be staying here.

I was given 2 different prices for a small ice cream cup from the convenience store next to the front desk. One front desk staff member charged me $5 for Blue Bonnet and another front desk staff member charged me $2 for the same small blue bonnet ice cream cup. That's not good business.
