El servicio en el Hotel fue pescimo. El servicio de limpieza se obtuvo solo al día siguiente de llegar al mismo y nunca más recibimos el servicio, aun siendo reclamado en el caounter. Nos trataron como basura. Por mi parte no regreso a ese Hotel. Y me gustaría tomarán cartas en el asunto ya q no es justo q paguemos por un servicio y nos dañen la estadía.

It was clean and staff was great, we wanted a hotel with double bed, parking and breakfast and not too far from Downtown Chicago. This hotel fulfil our requirements in good price. Only thing I can count to take care is our bathroom flush, everytime we use, it make a weird sound but it was for only 5 seconds.

The customer service was great. All the reps were friendly, understanding and helped with everything that came up. The room was large, very clean and had a super large tv. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. An actual shower sprayer that worked.

The breakfast is good. The staff tried to open the door without notifying us for a prior issue with toilet. I had already fixed that although it was a recurring thing. Ceiling leaked at elevator after rain. The room fridge was quite noisy, the shades were kind of janky, the water temp in showere and the shower head were not great. Shower head kept slipping down the pole and the device that was supposed to hold it obviously didn’t work.

had one rude staff member upon arrival but other than that, everything was great! very safe area, great rooms, lots of space! will definitely stay there again when i visit!
