Everything was Excellent! Only thing I would recommend is if you need to do laundry make sure you have some quarters! If my family and I visit Chicago we will most definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Really convenient location. Kitchen floor was sticky upon arrival, but unit was clean otherwise. Good dining and transportation options nearby. Poor selection of snacks/drinks in hotel lobby.

We had issues with our AC we asked for it to be fixed the first day, it didn’t happen. They fixed it the next day we had to ask again. When needing assistance at the front it was normally well staffed however we had a time were we along w several other people waited for over 25 minutes for anyone to be present at the desk to assist. Room was clean & everything you would want in a room with a gorgeous view

I always stay here when visiting my daughter. It is convenient to all the attractions on the south loop. It is walkable and has always been safe. Safety is a huge factor for me since I am a woman traveling alone. The valet parking is expensive, but a necessity at this property. Not much else available. Always clean and the staff are always friendly and efficient. Breakfast is nice, better than most free options offered at similar properties. Remember when signing in for WiFi that you are using the correct property! There are two hotels that share this building, front desk, and lounge area. I gave four stars this time because the faucet in the bathroom leaked terribly and needs replaced. And there is a big tear and portion of carpet missing at the bathroom entrance (Room 1706). Otherwise, very nice.

I enjoyed the view from the room and the room was comfortable. Breakfast menu selection could have been better for the class and location of the hotel. The swimming pool is only 3ft, for anyone looking for a deeper swim, this would not be ideal. The pool was a bit cloudy looking and it was cold. The hot tub was fine. Valet was full by the time we checked in but was given a list of the closest parking options. I was glad the one we chose was only across the street and cheaper than valet. The only other thing I could say bothered me the most was the temperature of the hallways and elevator. It was a stuffy and muggy feel as if there was no central air running. Overall, my stay was fine and no major issues. Thanks.

The location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the hotel were great. We had difficulty getting a taxi to take us to the train station, and the valets went out if their way to help us. The people working the front desk were exceptionally helpful.

Perfect for stays if going to Bears game. 20 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds and nice amenities.Refrigerator and freezer definitely came in handy!
