Suites are VERY dirty. Stains on rugs and couch. Very poorly maintained. Rooms were just dirty and towels and linens were also dirty. Terrible customer service at check in. They were extremely rude.

We loved everything about this hotel. From Crystal checking in on us, the breakfast, his close it was to everything, the cleanliness plus more. We will definitely be back.

I was shocked to enter a smelly suite. The carpet’s specially were having an odor. A tiny spider on the curtain. The bathroom floor not very clean. Stains on fabric, drawers, toilet walls. The toilet door was damaged and also the bedroom double door cracked. So not at all Hilton level cleanliness and maintain ed.
