We had a reservation held with credit card. We arrive only to be told no rooms available and they typically overbook by 4 to 5 rooms every night. No help from front desk to try and find another hotel late at night. We finally found a another with room several blocks away. This hotel is a disgrace to the brand. I have never had such terrible service at a hotel. Shame on you for not honoring our reservation. To add to the insult the hotel has charged my credit card for the reservation- even though they never checked us in.

Don't try and show up 5 minutes early for breakfast or you'll get yelled at.....even though the foods all sitting out and ready. If you wait an hour to go down for breakfast you'll have to wait 20 minutes for an elevator (at least from the 33 floor.
