Very friendly staff. Great for families and for long term stay this is perfect. Rooms/buildings around the main lobby/building . Not connected via indoor walkways so walking outside for breakfast and lobby services is a must. We stayed five nights and loved our experience here!!

The fireplace suite we stayed is was awesome. The only reason I gave it a good rating and not excellent was the bed was super uncomfortable. Very hard, and the couch that folded into a bed was a VERY HARD futon. Other than that the place was amazing.

Breakfast was limited. The second day we just hit up mcdonalds so i could make sure my kids had full meals and I was properly caffejiated befire headjng to the cheer comp. There was a lot of dog poop around that we had tk be careful not to step in. The room was basic but spacious and clean.

The stay was great. The only negative is, is that the hotel need to invest into more comfortable sofas in the living area. Those sofas look soft until you sit down and they are HARD AS A BRICK!! Other than that, The stay was great!!

Go Down the Street

I check in at 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. and the first room they give me there's construction inside. Go back to the main office and they give me another room. I go in the room and the carpet was washed and wet. So I asked for a refund. Very bad service. They would not even give me a refund until I argue.

Great check in broken shower

Check in was amazing. Mary st the front desk helped make some needed changes and made our trip great. The only down fall was that our bathtub did not drain while showering so you stood in dirty gross water and also the handle was broken so it was difficult to not only turn on but also to get the water temperature to hot. These both concern me bc if the bathroom was cleaned properly the maids would/should have alerted maintenance this fixed.

Superb Customer Service... from the time we arrived... EVERYTHING has been excellent.. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great breakfast... Lovely holiday decorations in lobby (great backdrop for photos). The only hiccup was being wiithout water service for several hours due to a pipe bursting near the hotel. I am hoping the hotel will offer some sort of partial refund for this inconvenience. All in all, this was a great experience.
