The location is somewhat of a challenge to find/get to. We were please with everything in general. However there were some annoying things: 1) The installation of the pocket door that separates the bedroom from the bathroom was very poor. It made so much racket to open and close that it would wake up anybody asleep in the room; 2) There were no racks to hang towers in the bathroom; 3) The stopper in the sink in the bathroom did not work...stayed up.

The ac unit was in the ceiling of the bathroom in our room and the fan was super loud and knocking all night long. Luckily we had a sound machine or I would not have been able to sleep. It was terrible.

The property is undergoing renovation to the lobby area which looks like a nice upgrade. The room was recently remodeled and was lovely, quiet and comfortable. The indoor pool was open but the outdoor pool was closed and out of service. The exercise facility was well maintained.

The staff was very nice, the room was also very comfortable and homey. My only true feedback that could be used for improvement is maybe some better hot breakfast items but the breakfast was still good. I really was looking forward to simple items like just some scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon being offered
